• Please remember that our House Rules are strictly enforced for all stays booked through direct booking and the other OTAs where our property is listed.

• A rental agreement must be read, agreed upon, and signed at the time of direct booking.

• 50% non-refundable reservation fee is required when booking your stay, and the balance must be paid 30 days before arrival. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if the balance transaction doesn’t go through or gets denied by the booking guest.

• Booking guest must be at least 25 years old; his/her Driver's License is required, and information (name/address) must match with the credit card account used for the transactions.

• We strongly suggest purchasing a 3rd party Travel Insurance.

• Pets fee: $50 for up to 2 pets per stay. We recommend being honest with us when bringing your pet/s so we can make reasonable accommodations and avoid House Rules violation fees.

• ‏A refundable damage deposit of $250 will be requested 7 days before guests' arrival; our goal is to release that hold in full as soon as possible after checkout because the stay went smoothly, and no violation fees need to be applied.

• Direct booking cancellation policy: 50% non-refundable reservation fee is required when booking your stay, and the balance must be paid 30 days before arrival. Guest receives 50% of paid balance IF cancellation occurs more than 15 days before arrival; No refunds within 15 days of arrival. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if the balance transaction doesn’t go through or gets denied by the booking guest.
