2024 Direct Booking

• First, fill out the form below with your contact information and desired dates. Are you bringing any pets?

• Second, we will send you a rental agreement that must be read, agreed upon, and signed immediately (cleaning fees and State + local taxes included). Once we receive the signed contract with a copy of your Driver's license, we will forward a link to pay for the 50% refundable reservation fee to secure your desired dates. Booking guest must be at least 25 years old; legal information (name/address) must match the credit card account used for the transactions.

• Third, the balance must be paid 45 days before arrival (we will send you a link for it). Important: we reserve the right to cancel the booking without 1st payment refund IF the “balance” transaction doesn’t go through or gets denied by the booking guest.

• Pets fee: $50 for up to 2 pets per stay. We recommend being honest with us when bringing your pet/s so we can make reasonable accommodations and avoid House Rules violation fees.

• ‏A refundable damage deposit of $250 will be requested 7 days before guests' arrival through a payment link; our goal is to release it in full as soon as possible after checkout because the stay went smoothly, and no violation fees need to be applied.

• Direct booking cancellation policy: 50% refundable reservation fee is required when booking your stay, and the balance must be paid 45 days before arrival. Guest receives 100% of paid reservation fee + balance IF cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; 50% IF cancellation occurs more than 15 days before arrival, no refunds within 15 days of arrival. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if the balance transaction doesn’t go through or gets denied by the booking guest.
