Park it Forward: Great Smoky Mountains National Park Kicks Off Innovative Program. On March 1, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park will implement the 'Park it Forward' program, which will require motorcycle riders, sports car drivers, and other visitors to purchase and display a valid parking tag for any vehicle that will be parked inside the premises for more than 15 minutes.
